This picture of myself was taken on the day my home got flooded. My family and I lost all of our assets and despite the rough time we went through my family and I came together with our neighbors and friends to rebuild our home. As you can see on the picture I am smiling but unaware of the gravity of the situation, which shows the innocence of children and why we need to protect them from the world's cruelty.
